At Crown Awards, we stand behind the quality of our trophies and awards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Service

  Reach out to our support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number and confirm the eligibility of your items.

• 2.
  Securely Package Items

  Place the unused awards in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit process.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package and attach the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
